Description

FIG. 1 is a front, top, left side perspective view of a license plate having studded dog collar features showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevation view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a left side elevation view thereof, the right side elevation view being the same; and,

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom plan view being the same.

The broken line showing of environment is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a license plate frame having studded dog collar features, as shown and described.
