Description

The present invention is related to commonly-owned and copending application for patent U.S. Prov. No. 60/542,773 for Removal Tool and Method for Extended Wear Canal Devices filed Feb. 6, 2004.

FIG. 1 is an exploded front view of the combined hearing device removal tool, cap and holder according to the present invention;

FIG. 2 is an exploded right side view of the combined hearing device removal tool, cap and holder;

FIG. 3 is an exploded rear view of the combined hearing device removal tool, cap and holder;

FIG. 4 is an exploded left side view of the combined hearing device removal tool, cap and holder;

FIG. 5 is an exploded perspective view of the present invention from the bottom, showing, in order from bottom to top the cap, removal tool and holder of the present invention;

FIG. 6 is a front elevation view of the combined hearing device removal tool, cap and holder;

FIG. 7 is a right elevation view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a rear elevation view thereof;

The ornamental design for a combined hearing device removal tool, cap and holder, as shown and described.
