FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a brush handle showing my invention;
FIG. 2 is a back-end view thereof;
FIG. 3 is a reduced top side view thereof, the bottom side being a mirror image thereof; and
FIG. 4 is a reduced left side view thereof, the right side being a mirror image thereof; and,
FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the brush handle of FIGS. 1-4 shown with a different brush head in broken lines.
The broken lines of the hole, the bristles, the end section of the brush handle, and the brush head section are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a brush handle, as shown and described.
