Description

This design application is related to U.S. Design patent application Ser. No. 29/189,433, which was filed on Sep. 4, 2003.

FIG. 1 is a side view of a measuring device, such as a scale; and,

FIG. 2 is a rear view of the measuring device shown in FIG. 1.

The present application is directed to the shape and contour of a portion of a measuring device, such as a transition from one surface to another, of the design illustrated in the drawings. Other features of the drawing, specifically, the shape of other portions of the measuring device, the shape of the remainder of the measuring device and the type of measuring device are not considered part of the design sought to be patented and have accordingly been shown in broken lines.

The broken line showing is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a measuring device, as shown and described.
