Description

FIG. 1 is a frontal upper perspective view of a first embodiment of a portable support handle for aiding entry into and exit of an automobile showing my new design in which the automobile-engaging portion is solid and provided with substantially flat lateral surfaces;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side elevational view being a mirror image of the left side;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a view similar to FIG. 1, but showing a second substantially similar embodiment of a portable support handle for aiding entry into and exit out of an automobile in which the automobile-engaging portion is provided with substantially flat lateral surfaces each having an indentation and a textured handle surface;

FIG. 8 is a view similar to FIG. 6, but illustrating the second embodiment with a handle having a textured surface;

FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view taken along line 9—9 in FIG. 7 to illustrate the indentations in the lateral surfaces in the automobile-engaging portion through which the cross-sectional view is taken;

FIG. 10 is a view similar to FIGS. 1 and 7, but showing a third substantially similar embodiment of a device for aiding entry into and exit out of an automobile in which the automobile-engaging portion is substantially hollow and formed of a generally flat strip of sheet material;

FIG. 11 is a fragmented enlarged left side elevational view of the automobile-engaging portion shown in FIG. 10, to show the details of the outer contour of the automobile-engaging portion;

FIG. 12 is a cross-sectional view taken along line 12—12 in FIG. 11;

FIG. 13 is a fragmented view of a fourth embodiment of the portable support handle for aiding entry into and exit out of an automobile of FIG. 1, with the difference being the handle portion having chamfered edges; and,

FIG. 14 is a fragmented view of a fifth embodiment of the portable support handle for aiding entry into and exit out of an automobile of FIG. 1, with the difference being the handle portion having rounded edges.

Claims

The ornamental design for a portable support handle for aiding entry into and exit out of an automobile, as shown and described.
