Description

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a combination document holder and writing surface mechanism showing our new design, with the document holder in its elevated use position at the right hand most of the five possible positions;

FIG. 2 is a front perspective view thereof, with the writing surface rotated downward into its lowered use position;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof, as viewed in FIG. 2;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof, as vied in FIG. 2;

FIG. 5 is an end elevational view thereof, as viewed from the right of FIG. 2;

FIG. 6 is an end elevational view thereof, as view from the left of FIG. 2;

FIG. 7 is a front elevational view thereof, as viewed in FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 8 is a rear elevational view thereof, as viewed in FIG. 2.

The ornamental design for a combination document holder and writing surface mechanism, as shown and described.
