Description

FIG. 1 is a front, top, right side perspective view of a license plate frame having dog tag features showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevation view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof, the top plan view being the same.

The broken line showing of the mounting holes is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a license plate frame having dog tag features, as shown and described.
