Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the medical label sheet of Applicant's present invention.

FIG. 2 is a front elevation of the medical label sheet of Applicant's present invention.

FIG. 3 is a right side elevation view of the medical label sheet of Applicant's present invention, the left side elevational view being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a top elevation and bottom elevation of the medical label sheet of Applicant's present invention, both sides being identical.

The broken lines in the drawings represent environmental structure only and form no part of the claim.

What is claimed is the ornamental design for a medical label sheet, as shown and described.
