FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof.
FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof.
FIG. 4 is a left side view thereof.

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof.
FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,
FIGS. 8 to 10 shows one application of the present invention.

The ornamental design for a spanner with an open end and a closed end, as shown and described.
