FIG. 1 is a front elevational view showing my new design for novelty noisemaker incorporating inflated sticks and banner, which is a mirror image of the rear elevational view;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view, which is a mirror image of the left elevational view;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view; and,

FIG. 4 is a top plan view.
