FIG. 2 is a rear elevation view of the razor handle;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of the razor handle;

FIG. 4 is a left hand side view of the razor handle, the right hand side view of the razor handle is a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front elevation view of the razor handle; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view of the razor handle.

We claim the ornamental design for a razor handle, as shown and described.
