Description
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a display placard and stem of my new design;
FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the display placard of FIG. 1;
FIG. 3 is a front elevational view of the display placard of FIG. 1, the rear elevational view being an identical image thereof;
FIG. 4 is a side elevational view of the display placard of FIG. 1, the opposite side elevational view being an identical image thereof; and,
FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view of the display placard of FIG. 1.
The broken lines in FIGS. 1 and 3 are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a display placard and stem, as shown and described.
