FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a rear view thereof.

The broken line showing of the buttons on the top and side and their surrounding regions is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design. The unshown bottom of the orthopedic computer pointing device forms no part of the claimed design.
