Description

This application is related to U.S. utility patent application Ser. No. 11/182,970, filed concurrently herewith and entitled “Shoe with Lacing,” the entire disclosure of which is hereby expressly incorporated by reference herein.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a shoe with lacing in accordance with the invention;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view of the shoe with lacing of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view of the shoe with lacing of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view of the shoe with lacing of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view of the shoe with lacing of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view of the shoe with lacing of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view of the shoe with lacing of FIG. 1.

The ornamental design for the shoe with lacing, as shown and described.
