FIG. 1 is an exploded, front, top and right perspective view of the adhesive tape roller in opened condition showing my new design, the exploded front, top and left side perspective view being a mirror image thereof;
FIG. 2 is a right side view thereof in closed condition, the left side view being a mirror image of the right;
FIG. 3 is a top view thereof, the bottom being a mirror image of the top; and,
FIG. 4 is a top, front, right perspective view thereof.

The ornamental design for an adhesive tape roller, as shown and described.
