FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of the notebook personal computer, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front view of the portable device;

FIG. 3 is a back view of the portable device;

FIG. 4 is a right side view of the portable device;

FIG. 5 is a left side view of the portable device;

FIG. 6 is a bottom view of the portable device;

FIG. 7 is a top view of the portable device; and,

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the portable device shown in the open condition.

The ornamental design for a “notebook personal computer,” as shown and described.
