FIG. 1 is a top and front perspective view of a combined toilet seat and cover in a closed position accordance with the new design;

FIG. 2 is a top and front perspective view thereof in an open position;

FIG. 3 is a rear and bottom perspective view thereof in a closed position;

FIG. 4 is a top, rear and left side perspective view thereof in a closed position; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom, rear and right side perspective view thereof in a closed position.

The ornamental design for a combined toilet seat and cover, as shown and described.
