FIG. 1 is a side elevational view showing my new design for a high speed drill bit for mortar;
FIG. 2 is an end view taken in the direction of the cutting end; and,
FIG. 3 is an opposite end view taken in the direction of the shank end.

The ornamental design for a high speed drill bit for mortar, as shown and described.
