FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a sand bag carrying enclosure showing my new design.

FIG. 2 is a top view thereof.

FIG. 3 is a bottom view thereof.

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof.

FIG. 5 is front elevational view thereof, with the rear elevational view being a mirror image of FIG. 5; and,

FIG. 6 is a right side elevational view thereof.

The ornamental design for a sand bag carrying enclosure, as shown and described.
