Description
FIG. 1 is a front view of the touch operating part for a writing instrument showing my new design;
FIG. 2 is a right side view thereof, the left side view being a mirror image thereof;
FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof;
FIG. 4 is a top view thereof;
FIG. 5 is a bottom view thereof; and,
FIG. 6 is a front view of a multi-color ball point pen including the touch operating part, the broken line structure forming no part of the claimed invention.

The ornamental design for a touch operating part for a writing instrument, as shown and described.
