FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of FIG. 1, the bottom plan view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right end view of FIG. 1, the left end view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view of a second embodiment of a combined jewelry and bracelet pendant showing our new design;

The ornamental design for a combined jewelry bracelet and pendant, as shown and described.
