FIG. 1 is a front, top and left side perspective view of an optical transmission conversion device, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof; the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a left side elevational view thereof.

The ornamental design for an optical transmission conversion device, as shown and described.
