FIG. 1 presents a front view of a new design for a party hat having inflatable balloon that shows the balloon as partially inflated, in use.

FIG. 2 presents a side view of the party hat that shows the integral inflation tube extending beyond the hat; and,

FIG. 3 presents a rear view of the party hat that shows the integral inflation tube, extending beyond the hat.
