Description
FIG. 1 is a top view of the device showing the circular tracking device in the middle.
FIG. 2 is a bottom view of the device.
FIG. 3 is a view from the left side of the device looking directly at the male part of the clasp.
FIG. 4 is a view from the right side of the device looking directly at the female part of the clasp; and,
FIG. 5 is a view of the device as the device is turned 90 degrees from the position in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2.

The ornamental design for a personal tracking and location device, as shown and described.
