FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a pet carrying bag showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is an enlarged top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is an enlarged plan view thereof.

The broken lines are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design, except for those along the bottom of the pet carrying bag, which represent stitching.
