FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a traction stud backer plate showing my new design of the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof taken from the lower side of the backer plate illustrated in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view, taken from the left side of FIG. 1, it being understood that the opposite side view is a mirror image thereof;
