Description

FIG. 1 is front view of an ornamental design for a seat and base showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is an elevated perspective view of the embodiment depicted in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a side view of the embodiment depicted in FIG. 1, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom view of the embodiment depicted in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 5 is a back view of the embodiment depicted in FIG. 1.

The ornamental design for a seat and base, as shown and described.
