FIG. 1 is an elevated perspective view of the arm chair covering device in its folded condition in accordance with my invention;

FIG. 2 is a top view thereof in its unfolded condition;

FIG. 3 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side view of my invention as shown in FIG. 2, an opposing side view being the mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is an end view, taken from the left side of FIG. 2.
