Description

This application is related to U.S. application Ser. No. 11/447,342 entitled “Structure for Conveying Information to an Observer,” naming Craig Thomas Canon as an inventor, and filed on Jun. 5, 2006.

I claim the ornamental design for a structure for supporting signs and forming barriers, as shown and described.
