The cover for a cervical collar is disposed around a cervical collar and then around the neck of a person. It is formed of fabric and stitched together, with stitches being depicted as a broken line in FIG. 2. Portions of a cervical collar are shown disposed within the cover in broken lines in FIG. 8 and 9, and the cervical collar forms no part of the claimed invention.

The broken line showing of a cervical collar and a cross-sectional view of a person's neck in FIGS. 8 and 9 are included for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure and forms no part of the claimed design.

It is understood that the broken lines shown within the claimed design in FIG. 2 represent stitching.
