FIG. 1 is a left side view of the preferred embodiment of the rubbish bag holder of the instant invention with the right side view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 2 is a front view of the preferred embodiment of the rubbish bag holder of the subject invention;

FIG. 3 is a rear view of the preferred embodiment of the instant invention;

FIG. 4 is a perspective view looking from the rear left side of the preferred embodiment of the rubbish bag holder of the subject invention;

FIG. 5 is a left side perspective view of the preferred embodiment of the present invention;

FIG. 6 is a front perspective view of the preferred embodiment of the rubbish bag holder of the subject invention; and,
