Description

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of an adjustable forehead support screw for a respiratory mask according to our design;

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a rear perspective view thereof; and,

FIG. 9 is a front perspective view of the screw in position on a respiratory mask.

In FIG. 9, the broken lines showing environment or structure are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for an adjustable forehead support screw for a respiratory mask, as shown and described.
