FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top and left front perspective view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a top and right front perspective view thereof.

The ornamental design for a counterweight for construction machine, or the like, as shown and described.
