FIG. 5 is a top side view of the irrigation controller of FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of an irrigation controller according to our new design, in which a rotary switch is illustrated in broken lines for illustrative purposes and forms no part of the claimed design;

We claim the ornamental design for an irrigation controller, as shown and described.
