FIG. 1 is an upper perspective view of a cutting and grinding tool showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a second upper perspective view thereof, shown at a reduced scale; and,

FIG. 9 is a third upper perspective view thereof.

The broken lines in FIGS. 8 and 9 depict environmental subject matter only and form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a cutting and grinding tool, as shown and described.
