Description

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of the solar powered novelty rotating display showing my design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof, the side opposite being a mirror image; and,

FIG. 4 is a front perspective view thereof.

The broken lines showing a wiring in the solar panel, three horizontal structural elements in the rear of the solar panel, an internal motor and gear mechanism and interaction of two immiscible fluids and particles within the rotating wheel are for illustrative purposes and form no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a solar powered novelty rotating display, as shown and described.
