FIG. 2 is a second perspective view thereof.

FIG. 3 is an end view thereof.

FIG. 4 is a side view thereof.

FIG. 5 is a top view thereof.

FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is an enlarged end view thereof.

The other end and side views are identical to those shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, respectively.
