FIG. 4 is a side elevation view along viewing lines 44 of FIG. 2;

FIG. 5 is a side elevation view along viewing lines 55 of FIG. 2;

FIG. 6 is a side elevation view along viewing lines 66 of FIG. 2;

FIG. 7 is a side elevation view along viewing lines 77 of FIG. 2; and,
