The body and the fastener of this article are preferably made of opaque plastic, and the cover except for the fastener is preferably made of semi-transparent plastic.

The rectangular portions of the body and the cover are spaces on which labels may be affixed, and the portions are slightly hollowed.

The left side view is omitted because it is represented identically with the right side view.

The rear view is omitted because it is represented identically with the front view.
