FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a microphone stand showing my new design, in an unfolded position;

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof, the rear view is a mirror image of the front view;

FIG. 3 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 5 is an end view thereof, the opposite end being a mirror-image thereto;

FIG. 6 is a perspective view thereof, shown in the closed position, showing a right end;

FIG. 7 is a front side view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a rear side view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 11 is a left end view thereof; and,

FIG. 12 is a perspective view of the present invention, shown in an open position with the dotted lines depicting solely environmental structures and forming no part of the claimed design.
