FIG. 1 is a front elevated view of a fishing rod holder showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevated view of the fishing rod holder;

FIG. 3 is a side elevated view of the fishing rod holder;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of the fishing rod holder;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view of the fishing rod holder; and,

FIG. 6 is a perspective plan view of the fishing rod holder.

No claim is made to the objects in phantom lines presented in FIG. 6.
