FIG. 2 is a side elevation view thereof; all side views being substantially the same;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom perspective view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof.

I claim the ornamental design for a pet dish with moat, as shown and described.
