Description

This application is related to Utility patent application 10/639,138, filed Aug. 10, 2003 and Design patent application 29/237,483, filed Aug. 31, 2005.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a fully assembled foot and toe washer showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a left side view thereof, the right side being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a top view thereof:

FIG. 4 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 5 is an enlarged top perspective view of the handle grip portion;

FIG. 6 is an enlarged bottom perspective view of the handle grip portion; and,

FIG. 7 is an enlarged perspective view of the head portion.

The components shown in FIGS. 5–7 are shown separately for clarity of illustration only.

As illustrated in FIGS. 1, 2, 5, 6 of the drawings, the registered trademark “Toe Spongee” forms part of the design of the foot and toe washer and is wholly owned by Howard & Carrine Company, whose two principals are Stephen Howard Goldstein and Sonia Carrine Lawson, the applicants for this design patent. Reference trademark serial number 78558387.

Claims

The ornamental design for a foot and toe washer, as shown and described.
