FIG. 1 is a front and left side perspective view of my new design for a memorial picture plaque;

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 3 is an orthographic projection top view thereof;

FIG. 4 is an orthographic projection side view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is an orthographic projection bottom view thereof.
