The superimposed broken lines showing a portion of a cord, prongs and receptacle openings are included for the purpose of illustrating environment and form no part of the claimed design.

The small feature located on the inside portion of the handle as shown in broken lines in FIGS. 4, 5, 8, 12, 16, 17, 20 and 24 forms no part of the claimed design.

The broken lines in FIGS. 1–5, 711, 1317 and 1923 showing a lens feature for an internal lamp used for illumination form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for electrical power cord adapter, as shown and described.
