FIG. 5 is a second side view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a first end view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a second end view thereof.

The broken lines shown in the circular elements on the bottom of the electronic stimulus device shown in FIG. 3 are included for the purpose of illustrating a portion of the electronic stimulus device that forms no part of the claimed design.
