FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a silicon steel sheet of a stator and rotor for a ceiling fan brushless motor showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof;

FIG. 3 is left side view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a second top plan view of my design, wherein the broken line showing of a stator and rotor is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of my claimed design; and,

FIG. 6 is a second perspective view of my design, wherein the broken line showing of a stator and rotor and multiple silicon steel sheets of a stator and rotor is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of my claimed design.

The ornamental design for a silicon steel sheet of a stator and rotor for a ceiling fan brushless motor, as shown and described.
