FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a dispensing device showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is an elevation view of the front thereof;

FIG. 3 is an elevation view of the rear thereof;

FIG. 4 is an elevation view of a side thereof;

FIG. 5 is a plan view of the top thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a plan view of the bottom thereof.

The broken line showing of details in FIGS. 1, 3, 5 and 6 is included for the purpose of showing environmental portions of the dispensing device and forms no part of the claimed design.
