Description

A laminated, integrated, analyte assay device and housing is described. The assay device is useful as an inexpensive, disposable assay device for detecting the presence or amount of a particular analyte in a body fluid or other sample.

FIG. 1 shows a top view of the assay device and housing combined.

FIG. 2 shows a side view of the assay device and housing combined; and,

FIG. 3 shows a perspective view of the assay device and housing combined.

The broken lines in FIG. 2 are included for the purpose of illustrating a portion of the assay device and housing combined that forms no part of the claimed invention.

An ornamental design for a assay device and housing combined, as shown and described.
