FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combination hook and pin, illustrating a non-opaque embodiment, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view of the invention, illustrating the non-opaque embodiment;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view of the invention, illustrating the non-opaque embodiment;

FIG. 4 is a left-side elevational view of the invention, illustrating the non-opaque embodiment, the right-side elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

I claim the ornamental design for a combination hook and pin, as shown and described.
